How to do if I do not succeed in ending my online reservation ?

Online credit card payments can be refused for several reasons:

  • The validity date for your card has expired
  • All cards have a payment limit (weekly/monthly) beyond which no withdrawal or debit can be made. This can happen even if you have sufficient funds on your account.

In order to allow us to proceed with the debit from your card when you purchase your e-ticket, we advise you to check the limits on your card and the other factors mentioned above with your bank, and have them increased if necessary.
