At the airport

Before making your way to the airport, remember to take the following documents with you:

  • Your electronic ticket or travel documents
  • Proof of purchase of any additional services
  • Your ID and/or passport

These documents are essential for check-in and the various airport checks.

Your luggage must be:

  • Individually labelled on the inside and outside (surname + first name + permanent address + telephone).
  • If you would like to use a lock on your luggage, consider using TSA-approved locks.

Never leave items of luggage unattended as they will be considered suspicious and systematically destroyed. Do not accept a package or item of luggage from a third party for any reason.

Please note!
Arrive before the check-in closing time, i.e. the cut-off time for checking in. It varies according to your destination.
At any rate, please remember that you cannot check-in for your flight once this time has elapsed. Any changes/cancellations you may make to your electronic ticket or travel documents will be subject to your tarif conditions.

Check-in desks open 2 hours before your flight is due to depart and close exactly 30 minutes before the departure time.
Flights to Israel: check-in desks open 3 hours before the flight departs.

Long-haul flights
Check-in desks open 3 hours before your flight is due to depart and close exactly 60 minutes before the departure time.

Priority Boarding
