At the airport
Before making your way to the airport, remember to take the following documents with you:
Your electronic ticket or travel documents
Proof of purchase of any additional services
Your ID and/or passport
These documents are essential for check-in and the various airport checks.
Your luggage must be:
Individually labelled on the inside and outside (surname + first name + permanent address + telephone).
If you would like to use a lock on your luggage, consider using TSA-approved locks.
Never leave items of luggage unattended as they will be considered suspicious and systematically destroyed. Do not accept a package or item of luggage from a third party for any reason.
Arrive before the check-in closing time, i.e. the cut-off time for checking in. It varies according to your destination.
At any rate, please remember that you cannot check-in for your flight once this time has elapsed. Any changes/cancellations you may make to your electronic ticket or travel documents will be subject to your tarif conditions.
In order to obtain your boarding card and check-in your luggage, we advise you to arrive at the airport when the check-in desk for your flight opens:
Check-in desks open 2 hours before your flight is due to depart and close exactly 30 minutes before the departure time.
Flights to Israel: check-in desks open 3 hours before the flight departs.
Check-in desks open 3 hours before your flight is due to depart and close exactly 60 minutes before the departure time.
A dedicated priority check-in desk is available.
A "priority luggage" label will be affixed to your hold luggage, making it easier for you to collect upon arrival.
We would like to inform our valued customers that we do not offer an online check-in service for our flights.
