On medium-haul flights, our on-board service is determined by the tour operator who chartered your flight. Drinks and snacks may be graciously offered by your tour operator. Alternatively, the cabin crew may suggest a selection of sandwiches, delicacies and drinks (cold and hot) that you can buy.
For long-haul flights (including flights to/from the United States), the service always includes a hot meal, water and hot drinks (tea - coffee - hot chocolate), a large selection of drinks*, a frequently renewed audio and video program and a selection of press*. Depending on arrival time, breakfast or a snack are served, except on flights from/or to the West Indies, where sandwiches, soups, sweets, pastries and drinks are available with extra in the "A la carte" brochure.

Before boarding, check-in at the dedicated counter. You then settle in one of the comfortable leather seats of the private cabin (15 or 21 seats on our Airbus A330-200). The cabin crew of the Galaxy Class is at your disposal during the whole flight. They offer daily newspaper and magazines, a welcome glass of champagne, refined cuisine with a choice of hot dishes and desserts, fine wines, a selection of recent films on individual video, an amenities kit and warm towels.
