CHECK-IN

Your separate check-in desk will be open at least 3 hours prior to departure. Representatives from the airline will be available at check-in before the flight departs, to deal with any queries. Passengers must check in at least 2.5 hours prior to departure.

Security regulations require all passengers to be present for check-in. Tickets must show the correct name which must match the name in the holder's passport.

Once through passport control and into the departure lounge, passengers must arrive at the departure gate no later than 25 minutes prior to departure, failure to do so will result in baggage being offloaded and refusal of travel.

PRE-BOOKABLE SEATING

XL Airways is pleased to offer our passengers the option to pre-book group seating on all XLOne flights with no additional charge.

This service ensures that reserved parties will be seated together on the aircraft, your specific seat number will be issued to you at check-in.

Whilst we will do our utmost to sit parties together side by side, in some circumstances seats together could be directly behind each other or either side of the aisle.

To reserve group seating, please contact our Pre-flight department on 08701677747 between 3 months and 3 working days prior to your departure. Please note we cannot accept any requests received after 12pm 3 working days prior to departure.

SEAT REQUESTS

We are happy to pre-allocate seats for all passengers travelling in our XLOne cabin free of charge. Please call the pre-flight team on 0870 167 7747.

Unless pre-arranged through the Pre-flight department or the tour operator, seating is allocated on a first come first served basis at check-in. As with all special requests pre-seating for the above special needs cannot be 100% guaranteed.
